1. Service
Kerviqa provides enquiry assistant, booking, scheduling, messaging, and related support software for business customers.
The service may include hosted software, embedded widgets, onboarding support, dashboard access, and related APIs. The current public offer is a guided beta trial for selected customers rather than a fully self-serve commercial platform.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- • Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- • Provide accurate business, contact, onboarding, and technical information.
- • Remain responsible for website content, customer communications, and compliance in your own jurisdiction.
- • Keep credentials secure and notify Kerviqa of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Beta status, fees, and commercial terms
During the beta trial, pricing and commercial scope may be agreed through a signed pilot agreement or an order form rather than through self-serve checkout.
Any paid subscription, setup fee, billing cadence, notice period, usage limits, or suspension rights apply only where they are stated in an order form, invoice arrangement, pilot agreement, or other signed commercial document.
4. Data and Intellectual Property
Kerviqa retains ownership of the platform, software, and product materials. Customers retain ownership of their own business data, branding, and content.
Customer data will be processed under the applicable privacy terms, customer agreement, and any signed DPA or equivalent data-processing terms.
5. Availability and support
Because the service is still in beta, features may change, improve, or be withdrawn as we refine the product and the pilot.
Kerviqa will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to provide support appropriate to the agreed beta-trial or commercial arrangement, but no uptime or response-time commitment applies unless a signed contract says otherwise.
6. Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except where a signed contract states otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect and consequential losses is excluded, and aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Contract documents and precedence
These public terms are the baseline for the website and beta trial. If a signed order form, pilot agreement, master services agreement, DPA, or other commercial document conflicts with these public terms, the signed document takes precedence for that customer relationship.
UK Terms Supplement
Applies where Kerviqa contracts from the UK or processes personal data subject to UK GDPR.
Contracting Entity
Where your order form or commercial agreement names a UK Kerviqa entity, those documents govern the specific contracting party, billing arrangement, and any UK-specific statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
Data Processing
On request, Kerviqa can enter into a data processing agreement aligned to UK GDPR requirements for business customers.
